INTRODUCTION

Suzuki arrived on the Italian market in 1969, importing the motorcycle GT-500, an excellent two-stroke air-cooled. A few years later will be the turn of outboard motors for boats. Following Suzuki was founded in Turin Italy, to boost and improve the import and distribution of motorcycles and outboard motors. The company grew up to be among the leaders in Italy, both for motorcycles and marine engines. As for the car, the Italians can buy for the first time a Suzuki car in the early '80s: it's small and nimble off-road LJ 80. Since January 1993 SUZUKI ITALY activity has accelerated again, major investments are made.
