INTRODUCTION Civic has always been the car with which Honda has done several ways, creating new standards and more value for its customers. At a time when the automotive market creates more and more specimens resembling each other, with the eighth generation of Honda Civic and then wanted to offer an original interpretation of the C-segment car.

The total length is 4,250 mm and 1,460 mm in height, both less than 35 mm compared to the previous car. Three engines are available: a 61 kW/83 hp 1339 cc petrol, a 103 kW/140 hp from 1798 cc petrol and one diesel 2204 cc 103 kW/140 hp. All engines are mated to a 6-speed manual transmission, which makes the new Honda Civic the first car of the C segment to offer 6-speed transmission over the entire range. All three engines are levels of driveability, without leaving aside the fuel efficiency.
